How do I find deals and specials?

When ordering online from your local store location, look under hot deals for special offers and promotions.

How do I get in touch with someone about my order?

We recommend contacting the Marco’s Pizza location you ordered from for assistance.

I canceled my online order, but the charge still shows on my account.

When an order is placed, there is a pre-authorization hold that will appear as a pending transaction on your account. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to process depending on the financial institution’s policy. If the refund has not been completed after this timeframe, contact the store from which you ordered or your financial institution for more information.

When will my recipient receive their eGift Card?

Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. When does the eGift Card expire?

There is no expiration date on your Marco’s Pizza eGift Card.

Loyalty Rewards

UPDATES TO THE “MY REWARDS” PROGRAM

Currently, Members earn one (1) rewards point for every dollar spent, and must spend $100 to earn a $10 rewards certificate. On April 27, 2026, members will still earn one (1) rewards point for every dollar spent; however, in order to help “My Rewards” members earn rewards quicker, the spending requirement for earning rewards certificates has been reduced from $100 to $50. Rather than waiting to earn a $10 rewards certificate after spending $100, members will earn a $5 rewards certificate after spending $50.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY REWARDS POINTS WHEN THE “MY REWARDS” PROGRAM IS UPDATED?

If your current rewards point balance is over 50, you’ll automatically receive the $5 rewards certificate, and any rewards points over 50 will be counted towards your next $5 rewards certificate. For example, if you have a rewards point balance of 67 on April 26, 2026, once the new “My Rewards” Program is implemented, you will automatically receive a $5 rewards certificate and will see a 17 rewards point balance in your “My Rewards” account.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR MARCO’S “MY REWARDS” PROGRAM?

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS POINTS?

For every $1.00 you spend you earn 1 rewards point, based on your pre-taxed total (excluding tip and delivery charges). Rewards points cannot be earned on purchase of alcohol or gift cards, purchase of products as part of a school challenge or other promotional/fundraiser event, or any orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (e.g. DoorDash). When you reach 50 rewards points, you will be issued a $5.00 rewards certificate that can be redeemed at any participating Marco’s Pizza® store.

CAN MY REWARDS CERTIFICATES BE REDEEMED ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Yes, your rewards certificates can be redeemed on delivery orders. However, your rewards certificate will not be applied to the store’s delivery fee. Also, your final subtotal after discounts (including rewards certificates) are applied must meet the applicable store’s delivery minimum. If your order subtotal does not meet the store’s delivery minimum after the rewards certificate(s) is/are applied, you will receive a message indicating that your order is below the minimum delivery amount and will have the opportunity to add additional items to your order.

HOW DO I SEE MY REWARDS POINT BALANCE?

Your Marco’s Pizza account houses your Marco’s My Rewards progress meter, which tracks your reward points balance. Sign in and view your My Rewards status at www.order.marcos.com/rewards.

DO REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?

Rewards points never expire. Rewards points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or any other currency. Rewards points are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they are issued.

DO REWARDS CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?

Rewards certificates are issued as soon as your rewards point balance reaches the 50-point threshold. Rewards certificates expire 60 days from the date they were issued. Rewards certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or any other currency. Rewards certificates are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they are issued.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE REWARDS CERTIFICATE ON AN ORDER?

Yes, you can use multiple valid reward certificates on a single order within the guidelines outlined above.

DOES MARCO’S OFFER A BIRTHDAY REWARD?

Yes. When you sign up for Marco’s My Rewards, be sure to include your birthday on the Sign-Up form and you’ll receive an offer for a free small One-Topping Pizza on your special day.
